Sugar cookie truffle :-)

Do you have kids? Well hand them over the task to blend, roll, and decorate your sugar cookie truffle. It takes only four ingredients and just a couple of minutes of your time.

You will need hard sugar cookies. Keep in mind soft ones won't do. Only the hard sugar cookies will give you the texture. Avail these from the market.  

Start the process by lining a baking sheet using a freezer paper or parchment. Blend the hard cookies unless they turn into fine crumbs. To this add half teaspoon of vanilla and two ounces of softened cream cheese.

Mix well until all the ingredients have combined. Scoop out small balls from the cookie batter and place it on the baking sheet. Freeze for half an hour.

In a microwave bowl, add one and a half cups of chocolate melting wafers. You must melt the chocolates for a couple of minutes until it is smooth. Using a fork dip your frozen truffle balls in the chocolate.

Remember to tap the fork on the edge of the bowl before you place it again on the baking sheet. You can coat it with sprinkles if you like. Keep it inside the fridge unless they are ready to be served.

These bars ooze out the mouth-watering taste. Easy to prepare and amazing to taste has to be its tagline.

You must preheat your oven to 350-degree F. You have to line up a baking pan (eight by eight inch) with an aluminum foil. Spray it with some cooking oil and set it aside. In a blender make a paste of cookies (peanut butter and cashew flavor).

Yes, it has to be of this flavor. Add melted, unsalted one-fourth cup of butter to the crumbs. Combine it well. Layer your prepared pan with this mixture. Use a handful of white and dark chocolate chips to sprinkle it over the layered mixture. You can use shredded coconut flakes at the end. Now, drizzle (fourteen ounces) of sweetened condensed milk to it.

Place it in the oven and then let it bake for twenty-five minutes. Keep an eye on the coconut because overheating will burn it. Once it is cooked pull them out of the oven and allow it to cool. Cut them evenly in equal sized bars. You can use the sprinkles for decoration.
